How Past Life Learning Might Influence the Next Life

In the language of Goswami’s book, The Physics of the Soul, the interim period between incarnations is the domain of quantum memory and all the possibilities inherent in the particular quantum wave function associated with the soul. The intensity of the effect of a past life trauma on quantum memory is expressed mathematically as the size of the coefficient in the nonlinear term of the quantum wave equation that is modified by the incident (Goswami, 2001). In accord with the shift in probabilities associated with any karmic lessons learned from that past lifetime, a new life path is chosen that collapses the cloud of probabilities into a life script for the next incarnation.
