Unrealistic Expectations that we Put Upon Ourselves
By Stephen Proskauer MD | December 16, 2009
Karmic Therapy may accelerate learning by bringing the roots of each karmic pattern directly into consciousness with the depth and detail required to release it fully. Thus Karmic Therapy may cut short the repetition of old patterns. Cessation of suffering may come about sooner than might otherwise be the case, making more time and energy available for joy, creativity and service to others. Continued suffering can be regarded as an indicator that we are still making false assumptions about reality and holding onto unrealistic expectations based on old karmic scripts. There are lessons still to be learned, splits to be healed, more harmonious thought patterns to access through which to manifest a different kind of life.
