Sheila’s First Block: Solar Plexus Tension

First, Sheila said she felt a burning in her “power center,” putting her
hand on her solar plexus area. When asked to let this burning sensation speak, Sheila shouted out angrily what she had needed to say to her lover: “I hate how you use and abuse people. You don’t care about anybody but yourself. You say you are supportive but you are cruel and mean. You only care about what other people can do for you. I have never been so lonely in a relationship. Everything about you is a lie. I hate you! You played with my life as if I meant nothing to you—just like my Dad.” After saying these words and venting the anger that went along with them, Sheila had released the block and no longer felt any burning in her solar plexus, but now her head was aching.
