Sheila’s Fourth Block: Bellyache

Now Sheila’s backache had released and a fourth block emerged into her awareness, a tightness in her belly. Encouraged to let this tightness speak, Sheila addressed her father again: “I’m sick of carrying you! You have to let me go and let me be who I am. I can’t carry you and make you look good anymore. I’m sick of it! I want my life back! I can find somebody who can love me in return.” And, speaking now to both her father and her lover: “I won’t take care of you anymore; unless you want to heal yourself, I can’t help you.” Sheila’s bellyache released as she spoke these words.
